For just €40 per month your household can have Unlimited Access to over 8 Live Online classes per week including Yoga, Pilates, Family Yoga & meditation sessions, plus instant access to our Full Video Library should you prefer to take a class in your own time.

What is PIlates?

Pilates is a system of physical and mental conditioning that can enhance your physical strength, flexibility and coordination. Pilates can also reduce stress, improve mental focus and foster an improved send of well being.

How can it benefit you?

Each of the Pilates exercises will teach you a new movement skill, gradually developing your body awareness, increasing your strength and flexibility, improving your posture and coordination.


We hold regular Pilates classes in the Solas Croi Spa in Brandon House Hotel as well as the Duncannon Community Centre in the village of Duncannon. Our purpose built yoga studio in Slade on the Hook Peninsula also hosts regular classes.

Yoga Retreats

Join us at our Hook Head Yoga studio for workshops and retreats.

Hook Head Yoga is a new purpose built studio in Slade harbour just 2km from Hook Head Lighthouse, where Cara and Richie host weekend Yoga retreats, a variety of different full and half day health and wellness workshops as well as some weekly classes and private sessions.

These classes have changed my life.
