PILATES AND YOGA
Duncannon Community Centre is the venue for our weekly Yoga for Beginners class. Perfect for people who want to get started on their yoga journey.
Also in Duncannon, we have weekly Beginner and Improver Pilates classes as well as a mixed level Pilates class. If you are unsure of what class is best for you, please get in touch for a chat.
For clients who want to avail of the Two Classes Per Week price, there is an option to do both yoga and Pilates in our Duncannon location. Again, if you’re unure of anything, call or send a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
A €20 deposit is required to secure your spot in a course with the remainder being paid at your first class. You can also choose to pay in full in advance.
SOLAS CROI SPA
Join us in the beautiful Solas Croi Spa in Brandon House Hotel, New Ross for weekly Pilates classes.
You will find classes for all levels here but if you are unsure what class would best suit you, please do get in touch for a chat!
A €20 deposit, which you can pay online, is required to secure your spot in a course with the remainder being paid at your first class. You can also choose to pay in full in advance.
There is a discount available for members of the Solas Croi Spa gym.

Children will be taught using a heart led approach and will be provided with opportunities to manage their thoughts and breathing in a fun and creative way. Sessions include relaxation at the beginning and end of the class. Students will leave the class more balanced, calm and confident.
Classes are available for kids age 4 to 6 and 7 to 12. Classes are hold in our Hook Head Yoga Studio every Wednesday from 2.30pm – 3.30pm and 3.30pm to 4.30pm.
There is a €15 discount available for siblings. Please get in touch for more info.
If you feel you would benefit from some 1–1 sessions of the Pilates fundamentals in preparation for attending a general fitness class or a general Pilates class or you just need a tailored class (if you are recovering from recent injury or have a medical condition that requires adapted exercises or returning to fitness after pregnancy), Cara can assist you with a private session at her Hook Head Studio (€40 p/hr) or at your own home (€50p/hr).
