PURPOSE BUILT STUDIO ON THE HOOK PENINSULA
Hook Head Yoga is a new purpose built studio in Slade harbour just 2km from Hook Head Lighthouse, where Cara and Richie host weekend Yoga retreats, a variety of different full and half day health and wellness workshops as well as some weekly classes and private sessions.
This beautiful bright studio can hold up to 12 people. A calming peaceful space that looks out onto the garden through a 5 metre wall of glass which opens out onto a spacious decking in the summer time.

Join Cara, Richie, Clare and Sarah in the stunning location of Hook Head for a rejuvenating weekend of Yoga & Meditation. Enjoy fresh, wholesome, local vegetarian food grown and prepared with love by Cara and Richard and soak up the fresh sea air with a stroll around the stunning Hook Head, take a dip in the ocean or bath in the rock pools, or visit Europe’s oldest running lighthouse.
